Check PokeBonk’s own type multipliers

PokeBonk transforms the familiar type chart: favorable matchups use 1.35×, resisted ones 0.8× and classic immunities 0.5×. Dual-type results are multiplied and clamped to 0.4–1.8× before the separate matching-type bonus.[1]

Keep three different questions separate

QuestionWhat to readWhy it matters
What element hits?Move type versus defender typesUse this chart.
Which offense stat applies?Runtime physical or special classA Water move is not automatically special.
What else changes damage?Matching type, passive, items, reactions and enemy conditionsThe chart is one layer, not a DPS result.

Matching type uses 1.25×, or 1.5625× with Adaptability. These are separate from the dual-type clamp. A listed reaction still needs its status and hit conditions; a favorable chart entry does not create a status by itself.
