What the current PokeBonk update changes

The original version record and menu read v0.8.55 / mvob1c8t on October 26, 2026.[3] Its release entry is dated October 25. The practical change is extra Archive capacity from item unlocks and a move-upgrade summary in pause; earlier co-op and graphics changes affect different tasks.[1][2]

Check your version first

Version boundary: this guide covers the original pokebonk.com v0.8.55, checked October 26. Our Play window uses a separate third-party v0.8.27 source with separate progress. Newer co-op, Treasures and Archive changes may be absent there. Mechanics are SINGLE_SOURCE; no full-run, reward-claim or multiplayer completion test is claimed.

Version, build and your actual host

  1. Read the version below the original game’s logo and its What’s new panel.
  2. Compare it with pokebonk.com version record ↗ (external website, opens in a new tab). Version names and build IDs identify different things: a familiar URL may still have cached older assets.
  3. For a different-version warning, reload the original game after preserving your account/session. Do not clear browser storage as the first step.
  4. For co-op, every participant should check. For an embedded mirror, inspect that source’s own version: original notes do not automatically describe it.

What the current record does not establish

A successful version request does not prove login, reward submission or co-op is healthy. A release note saying “fixed” does not establish a successful reproduction here. This dated page is a reading aid; no background update monitor has been started.
